Thomas Sejthen Trio

The Thomas Sejthen Trio has a minimalist ex- pression and a close unique interplay as a speci- ality. All the compositions are by Thomas Sejthen and the listener can expect to enter an intimate and intense universe of playing joy. Through a collective approach to music, the trio manages to renew the traditional saxophone trio sound. Thomas Sejthen Trio debuted in 2019 with the critically acclaimed album “Thomas Sejthen Trio”; “The music is - although inspired by the more advanced part of jazz - not at all dismissive and inaccessible. This release will often find its way to the plate in the future” (Jazzspecial 2020).
